"Bruce was our project manager for what turned out to be a year long job remodelling our 7500 sq. ft. home, originally built in the early 1980's.The project started with repairing and replacing the exterior wood siding, decks, roof, and windows, then expanded into a complete remodel of the interior including electrical, plumbing (kitchen & 6 bathrooms), walls (wallpaper, repainting, restoration of cedar paneling) and flooring (hardwood, slate, & carpet).

Bruce Woitas was an absolute pleasure to work with from the first phone call to the completion of the project. He was thorough in gathering the information he needed to build his quote and not only did he work within the budget, he was able to finish ahead of the estimated schedule. Bruce did a fantastic job with assisting us in mapping out what we were wanting and problem-solving any issues inherent in working with an older house. I particularly enjoyed dealing with Mr. Woitas. He researched materials and prices for us and was able to build the addition for a competitive and very reasonable price. Quality was not sacrificed and he worked quickly. It was amazing to come home each day and see how much work Mr. Woitas had accomplished. As the general contractor he supervised thoroughly the work of other tradesment and made sure the project was moving along as planned.
